ℹ️ Things to Know 🔒 Pool Safety Features To comply with local safety regulations, all doors and gates leading to the backyard are equipped with self-closing mechanisms and handles/latches above 54 inches. While this may feel different from a typical home setup, these features are required for safety. Detailed instructions for operating doors and locks are provided in the guidebook. 🚪 Guest Access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a locked owner’s closet located in the laundry room (used for supplies and maintenance). All other areas—including the backyard and amenities—are fully available for your enjoyment. 🤫 Neighborhood & Quiet Hours This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. To ensure a great experience for both guests and neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and be respectful of the surrounding community. 📺 Entertainment All TVs are smart TVs with popular streaming apps installed.
